Meet the Drogheda Tallans Team

Sheila Cooney

Managing Partner

Sheila is the Managing Partner of Tallans Solicitors LLP. She is an expert in contentious litigation with over 30 years of experience in this field. Her areas of practice include personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, debt recovery, family law and local government and planning issues. Sheila studied in UCD before being admitted to practice in 1975. She worked in a large Dublin firm for four years before joining Tallans in 1977.

Padraic Brady

Partner

Padraic is a Partner in our firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department. He specialises in personal injury litigation and has acted on behalf of numerous insurance companies and private clients throughout the years. Padraic also has extensive knowledge of local government work. Padraic was admitted to practice in 1978. He joined Tallans Solicitors LLP in 1983 having spent time in law offices in Cork and Cavan.

Deirdre Moran

Partner

Deirdre is a Partner in our Family and Local Government department. She also has extensive experience in most areas of law in particular commercial and residential conveyancing, debt collection and local government law. Deirdre graduated from University College Dublin in 1985 where she studied History. She was admitted into practice in 1993. She joined Tallans Solicitors LLP in 1994 and was appointed partner in the firm in 2007.

Siobhan O'Dwyer

Senior Solicitor

Siobhan is a Senior Solicitor in our conveyancing department. She specialises in buying and selling property, both residential and commercial.

Nora Collier

Legal Executive

Nora has been with Tallans Solicitors LLP in Drogheda for over 20 years. Nora’s experience is mainly in Probate and Conveyancing.Nora leads our probate department and is experienced in both probate and conveyancing matters.
