Domestic Violence during Covid 19 – Deirdre Moran, our partner and Family Law specialist was back on #TalktoTallans Slot with Gerry Kelly’s LMFM talking about Domestic Violence.
She speaks about the significant changes in the law in relation to domestic violence in the last year and four months with the introduction of the Domestic Violence Act 2018 which came into law on 1st January 2019.
She outlines the changes, in particular about coercive control and two landmark cases, one in the UK and one in Ireland.
